FAQ

Q. How do you accept payment for domains?

Our generally accepted methods of payment are wire transfer, Bank of America counter deposit, Escrow.com (buyer to pay fees) and Interact e-Transfers (Canadian only and limited to 1,000 CAD per purchase). We will also accept reputable third-party escrow services offered by companies such as Sedo.com, Moniker.com, etc (buyer to pay fees). Checks, money orders and bank drafts are also accepted but must clear prior to domain being transferred. In certain circumstances, we may accept Paypal or Google Checkout for transactions.

Q. We buy a lot of domains. Do you offer discounts?

We periodically offer limited-time domain specials that include bulk discounts.

Q. Do you lease your domains?

We’ll consider the lease of any individual domain with an asking price of $5,000 or more. A minimum 20% deposit is required. Please contact us with the domain you are interested in leasing and any other relevant information.

Q. We want you to transfer a domain name to us and then we will pay for it.

Payment must be received in full before any domains will be transferred. We have conducted well over ten thousand domain sales transactions and maintain a visible presence in the Internet community. We would never risk our reputation on a single transaction.

Q. Can you appraise my domain(s)?

We do not offer domain appraisals.

Q. Will you trade XYZdomain.com for my domain ABCdomain.com?

We do not do trades.

Q. Do you offer financing on domain purchases?

The closest thing we have to a financing is our leasing option which is available for domains with asking prices of $5,000 or more.
