We offer a prerecorded group teleconference that is held on the second Wednesday of each month. During the first part of the call, Sharon Hayes & Steve Jones will discuss trends in the industry, news and share some information on recent experiences. During the second part of the call, Sharon & Steve will be answering questions participants have submitted. Typically calls are between 2 and 3 hours. If you can’t make a call live, it will be available for download within 5 days of the actual call.
